A highly corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant bearing made of stainless steel material as the substrate and coated with PTFE on the surface. This material is particularly suitable for situations with strong acids, strong alkalis, and light loads at medium and low speeds, and its wear resistance is significantly better than that of single PTFE shaft sleeves and graphite shaft sleeves. At present, this product has been widely used in chemical acid and alkali flow meters, pumps, valves, and corrosion-resistant sliding parts in marine industry.
